Brigadoon Service Dogs runs on the kind heart of our tireless volunteers. We are so happy that you are interested in joining our brigade!

Puppy Raising

Open your home to a Brigadoon pup! We rely on puppy raisers to help socialize our pups. Learn more about becoming a puppy raiser.

Respite Fostering

Love puppies, but just don't have the time to become a full-time puppy raiser? We're always looking for short and long term fosters.

Fundraising

Host a fundraising activity, collect donations, organize and collect items for auction baskets for our special events.

Onsite Dog Volunteer

These are the volunteers who come to the campus to walk dogs, play dogs, provide enrichment, groom dogs, etc.

Community Outreach

Community Outreach volunteers are knowledgeable about Brigadoon’s mission and programs and enjoy interacting with the public.

Event Planning

Help us plan and execute events throughout the year. Assist with registrations, preparing programs, and day of event tasks.

Office/Administrative

Swoon over spreadsheets? Love talking on the telephone? We are always in need of volunteers to help with administrative projects.

Cleaning/Organizing

Love cleaning and organizing? Help us organize our supply and storage units and haul away items to be discarded.

Property Maintenance

We can always use help with groundskeeping at our Bellingham campus - lawn mowing, trimming, light landscaping, etc.
